What is the return or exchange policy?

Eligible for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
- You selected the wrong size, color, or design.
- You changed your mind after placing the order.
- The item has been used, washed, altered, or is missing its original packaging or tags.
- The product was purchased on sale or is customized.
Important
- A damaged shipping box alone does not qualify for a return. The actual product must be damaged or defective.
- To request a return or exchange, please send us your Order Number, Full Name, clear photos of the product showing the issue, and the reason for your request. Once your request is approved and you dispatch the return, please share the courier tracking ID with us to complete the process.
How can I place an order?

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer Free Delivery on all orders above Rs. 5,000. Shipping charges for orders below Rs. 5,000 will be calculated at checkout.
How do I request a return?
Contact our customer support within 7 days and provide your Order Number, Full Name, clear photos of the product, and the reason for your request. Our team will review your case.
